 Pete judge is a corrupt, incompetent judge who accepts money and then hands out city contracts. Josh is a senior reporter at gmail dot com trying to keep this man honest.

 Is it possible that some companies road papers or whoever they were just so impressed by the unbelievably great job Buddha judge was doing for South and they just wanted to reward good behavior?

 I think that in some cases the contractors here did a good job for the city, but I think there might have been a quid pro quo. Was there a quid pro quo? City says not.
